PIRA T product series - versatile motion detectors
PIRA T sets standards in automatic lighting control and offers an efficient, user-friendly solution for a wide range of applications. Thanks to their sophisticated design, PIRA T motion detectors are quick and easy to install and ensure optimum lighting control in almost any environment. Whether in corridors, WC entrance areas, storerooms or storage areas - the detectors are suitable wherever users are on the move and a standard installation height is required, and at an attractive price.

Application examples
Storerooms
In a small storage room, the light is automatically switched on with the PIRA T8 when it is dark and someone enters the room. If there is sufficient natural light, the light remains off.
Break room/coffee kitchen
In rooms where there is constant movement, PIRA T6 Mini switches the lighting off if there is sufficient daylight thanks to permanent light measurement.
Fitness rooms
Thanks to permanent light measurement, PIRA T8 can switch off the light when there is sufficient natural light. Even if someone is always moving in the detection area.
Staircase
The PIRA T8 AP or the PIRA TC are suitable for automatic staircase lighting. It ensures maximum efficiency and convenience.
Hallways
The detection range of the PIRA TC is 25 m long and is therefore ideal for covering the distance from fire protection barriers. This means that the distance can be covered with one PIRA TC.
Outdoor use
Thanks to protection class IP 55, the PIRA TO AP motion detector can also be used in outdoor areas exposed to the weather without any problems. It reliably switches the light on and off at house entrances or on terraces and balconies.

The state-of-the-art sensLAB at Theben AG makes it possible to carry out numerous tests outside the sensNORM framework conditions. For example, tests can be carried out at higher ambient temperatures. This ensures excellent detection performance even under demanding
conditions.
Highest precision and comparability through triple measurement repetition
To ensure that all data is precise and reliable, each measurement is repeated three times. The standardized measurements are carried out in accordance with the sensNORM specifications, which enables planners to better compare different products. Thanks to automation, complete measurement series can be created and evaluated overnight.
